After you have purchased your eSim you will have received an email with your eSim details, including a QR Code, and installation instructions. Simply scan the QR Code to start installing your eSim, or tap the link provided in the email.
Once your eSim starts installing let your phone do the work. Once your eSim is installed name your eSim 'FlexySim' so that you know which sim is your eSim, and which is your usual sim. FYI don't activate your eSim until you arrive.
Once your eSim is installed, and you arrive at your destination it is time to toggle data roaming off on your primary sim, and on for your eSim. You will now be able to enjoy your travels with reliable & fast data with no data roaming costs
Most phones are ready to accept an eSim, however some mobile phones may still be locked to a network. Check to see if your phone is unlocked by dialing *#06# , if an EID number is displayed, then you are ready to go.
If your phone is locked then most networks will quickly unlock your phone for you.
