1. Definitions

  • "FlexySim" refers to our company, its website, and associated services.

  • "eSIM" means an embedded SIM card that is delivered digitally.

  • "User", "you" or "your" refers to anyone who uses or purchases from FlexySim.

2. Eligibility

To use FlexySim and purchase eSIM products, you must be:

  • At least 18 years old or of legal age in your country

  • Using an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device

  • Agreeing to abide by these Terms

3. eSIM Services

  • FlexySim provides digital SIM cards (eSIMs) for data and travel use.

  • Each eSIM includes a set data allowance and validity period as stated at purchase.

  • Service availability depends on the selected destination and local network coverage.

4. Installation & Activation

  • eSIMs must be installed and activated before the stated expiration date.

  • You are responsible for ensuring correct installation based on your device’s specifications.

  • FlexySim is not responsible for incompatibility or installation issues due to device limitations.

5. Refund, Returns & Replacement Policy

  • Refunds, or replacement eSims are considered only if the eSIM has not been installed, or installed & activated, and / or a technical issue can be proven & determined by our support team. 

  • Our full refund policy for unused & non activated or installed eSim's can be viewed at our website www.flexysim.com 

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use eSIMs for unlawful or fraudulent activity

  • Share or resell eSIMs without permission

  • Attempt to modify or tamper with the eSIM data

7. Limitation of Liability

  • FlexySim does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to the nature of third-party networks.

  • We are not liable for losses due to device incompatibility, misuse, or local network failures.

  • In no event will FlexySim’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the eSIM product.

8. Privacy

We collect and process your information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. Your data will be handled securely and used only to fulfill your order and provide support.

9. Modifications to Terms

FlexySim reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date.
