FlexySim Shipping Policy (Digital Delivery – eSIM)
All products sold here at FlexySim on our store are digital eSIMs. We do not ship any physical items.
Because our eSIMs are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees and no delivery addresses are required at checkout (except for billing or fraud prevention).
Delivery Timeframes
Once your payment is successfully processed, your eSIM will usually be delivered:

Instantly to within 5 minutes, or

Within 24 hours in rare cases (e.g. payment verification, high order volume, or technical delays)
How You Receive Your eSim
Your eSIM details will be delivered via:

Email (to the email address used at checkout), and/or
-
You can also create & login to your account via the FlexySim website to view your eSim details, data balance, and to top up if required
Your eSIM delivery typically includes:

A QR code, and/or
-
An activation code, and
-
Setup instructions
Order Processing
Orders are processed automatically 24/7. However, if your order is flagged for verification or requires manual review, processing may take longer.
Incorrect Email Address
Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Delivery Issues / Didn’t Receive Your eSIM
If you haven’t received your eSIM within 24 hours:

No Shipping to PO Boxes / Physical Addresses
Because this is a digital product, we do not ship to physical addresses or PO boxes.
Customs & Import Fees
There are no customs duties, taxes, or import fees, since eSims are delivered digitally.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

Their device is eSIM compatible

Their device is unlocked
-
They follow the installation instructions provided
